Painted Rainbow
The matrix of black and white dots rise to heaven and become rainbows. Yes sir she had mentioned to me with her fingers in an upward movement against the sky. Another explanation she happened to share in her made up way of relating. Taking a bite of my sandwich I hesitated for a moment remembering that thought. She did have a point come to think of it. You see those steps in the distance brought back that memory. Seeing things in black and white all the time I suppose that’s why the rainbow exists. It’s a song we make up and sing about. Readying to ascend that mountain inside everyone’s heart. Like voices in the distance ringing forth through the opened windows of a building. The breeze becomes a soft touch on my face as I listen. Sacred Silence
The sounds from the vine as they curl around the fence…Emerald green melody. A leaf unfolding next to the flowers. Touching them gently…Topaz gold caress. Each wave of the wind passing through the tree branches… Diamond white ripples attaching their glances Struck by the force of this pleasure. The grace of each flower’s scent as they open their mouths… Amethyst purple incense. When it rains the water is a coat that gives nourishment to everything it approaches…Aquamarine blue sustenance. Nature is a vibration chimed and sequenced into a loft of beauty…Ruby red reverberation. Swallows me into a being of wholeness. Portions of which were barely aware of these sounds.
