Creation dateThis fairy was composed of photographs of fabric for her body and her wings from a butterfly. The background was shot at a beautiful setting of flowers close to where I live. The head was problematic and I ended up composing from the surrounding area around the piece. This very much is a composition similar to working with materials layering them, recomposing and looking carefully at the composition.
