Rivulets of Rhyme
Underwater Sand Castle
under water sand castle and I. turning over as one big wave pushes us to the shore. water bubbles and white foam on top. salty water and laughter inside. sea birds in conversation overhead. standing up the sunshine plays on my skin. I am a mixture of sand and light. my toes barely wet. it’s enough to beckon me to build another. so that all the waves push me back through. into an underwater sand castle with you. Winter Maze
rambles of snow covered branches taking me as a sacrifice. brushed with the same snowflakes they wear. frozen stalks of idleness until spring. the winter maze wraps white tendrils in my hair. crisp, as though I too am a tree branch in winter. deeply entwined. Rivulets of Rhyme
The colors, the colors all running down my back, poured on by water and disturbing the black. The flow of these colors creating rivulets of rhyme. They motion and curve and fall out of line. They ease into places, they forage a dream, they turn into blossoms, completely it seems. They become like the rhyme of a beautiful song, they touch you in places that probably long. For something so simple as colors on rhyme. The idea... colored water is simply sublime. Copyright - Susy Kamber All rights reserved
